04 Deposits and Payments

98bd monitors all accounts and transactions for signs of prohibited activity. Players found to be engaging in any of the above will have their accounts suspended immediately. Any funds held in suspended accounts will be withheld pending investigation and may be forfeited if prohibited activity is confirmed.

09 Account Suspension and Closure

Players may also request the closure of their own account at any time by contacting the 98bd support team. Self-requested account closures will be processed within 24 hours. Any remaining balance in a self-closed account will be returned to the player's registered payment method, provided all wagering requirements have been met.
